Chief Scientist Liu Jianping
Professor at China Pharmaceutical University, PhD in Pharmacy, doctoral supervisor, went to the University of Otago in New Zealand for further study in 1999. Formerly the director of the Institute of Pharmacy, deputy director of the Department of Pharmacy, currently serves as an external expert for the National Medical Products Administration, expert reviewer for veterinary drugs at the Ministry of Agriculture, vice president of the Transdermal Drug Delivery Association of the World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies, deputy director of the Jiangsu Provincial Pharmacy Professional Committee, and expert reviewer for the formulation of health food and drugs in Jiangsu Province.Chief scientist and technical leader of the key technology team for transdermal drug delivery and skin health products at China Pharmaceutical University.Research direction includes the National Natural Science Foundation project "Dynamic behavior and mechanism of fatty acid permeation enhancers in and out of the stratum corneum in transdermal drug delivery systems." He has led projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation, the Ministry of Science and Technology's major special projects during the 11th Five-Year Plan, projects from the National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Jiangsu Province's six major talent peak projects, Jiangsu Province's Natural Science Foundation projects, and Jiangsu Province's social development fund projects. He is responsible for national science and technology breakthroughs during the 15th Five-Year Plan, the national science and technology support plan during the 11th Five-Year Plan, New Zealand-China cooperation projects, Jiangsu Province's high-tech bidding projects, projects from the Jiangsu Provincial Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and enterprise cooperation development projects. He has achieved three results identified by the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Science and Technology, won the third prize of the Nanjing Science and Technology Progress Award in 2004, and the first prize for excellent scientific and technological achievements from the National Health and Family Planning Commission in 2011. He has applied for 40 invention patents, with 11 granted. He has published 160 papers (including 66 in SCI and 2 in EI). He has compiled 16 textbooks and monographs (including 5 as chief editor and 5 as deputy editor). He is currently a formulation technology consultant for Haizhi Company, leveraging academic and professional advantages, combined with rich experience in pharmaceutical research and development, to guide Haizhi's R&D personnel in solving key technical issues in formulation process development and quality control for medical devices and medical beauty products.
